AVG ramped up the Executive Boardroom to bring the latest in video and audio teleconferencing to Frederick Memorial Hospital. A 90-inch display for video conference housed in a real wood, custom veneer encasing is the centerpiece and main focal point of the room. With a simple gesture on the control system, an enclosed projection screen and recessed projector is revealed through a drop-down lift built into the ceiling. With the addition of ClearOne microphone array systems and in-ceiling speakers, the sound quality is clear and intelligible on either side of conference calls.

To allow for B.Y.O.D. capability, AVG provided the Kramer VIA Collage within the room for increased wireless connectivity and added inputs into the system. With pre-coordination of all wiring rough-in for the A/V system during the construction phase, the Executive Board room is sleek, elegant, and highly functional for any needs the executive staff of FMH may have.
