Our custom attention to your needs doesn’t end with an installed system. Audio-Video Group offers comprehensive service for all of the components we sell or rent, and for those we don’t. In addition to on-site service for the systems we install, for which we offer convenient maintenance agreements, we will evaluate and service your existing equipment, even if it was purchased from or installed by someone else. Our rates are extremely competitive, and our professional expertise is backed by years of experience, great relationships with manufacturers, and aggressive training on emerging technologies.

Maintenance/service agreements
From basic cleaning and tuning to advanced service and regular adjustment, our maintenance agreements offer the convenience of scheduled preventative maintenance and the security of on-call support for unexpected problems.

Tech for a Day (or half day)
AVG has introduced a new service for all our new and existing clients. If you have major or minor issues with your system that need professional attention, consider hiring a tech for a day (or half day) at a fixed rate to address all your concerns, including: Adjustments, Tuning, Troubleshooting, Cabling, Training, Updating Diagrams, Projector Maintenance, System Evaluation, Routine Maintenance
Half Day Rate (4 hours)
Full Day Rate (8 hours)
Rate includes up to 1 hour of round trip travel as well as minor cables, connectors, materials and job supplies.

All of our agreements include on-site support. Loaner equipment, audio and video, is also available to virtually guarantee non-stop operation.
